An excellent opportunity has just come in for someone who enjoys working within the Hospitality industry, to join a gorgeous Country Establishment in lovely Cirencester.

The Coventry division of 24-7 People Solutions�are currently recruiting for an experienced Front of house member, on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Cirencester. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, or previous experience in the hospitality industry. Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to remain under pressure.

The role duties of the role will involve:

• Greet customers at the door and seat them


• Supervise waiting staff and help with breakfast, lunch or dinner services


• Serve guests to the restaurants' standards


• Answer calls and direct as needed


• Receiving and confirming walk in, calls and online reservations


• Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests


• Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each table


• Providing guests with their checks after meal sitting


• Serving customers and taking orders

Requirements:

• Driving licence and own transport ideal or located close by


• Experience within a customer facing role or experience within Hospitality.


• High standard of customer service delivery


• Excellent attention to detail
