As a bar and restaurant worker your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and seating guests with a warm and welcoming attitude within the bar and
restaurant area.
* Taking orders accurately and efficiently, catering to guest's dietary preferences and special
requests within the bar and restaurant area
* Serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
* Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and beverages.
* Handling payments and ensuring accurate billing.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.
* Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar high-end dining environment is essential.
* Training or experience behind a bar, including cocktail preparation and Batista skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and handle busy periods calmly.
* Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
