Front of House Supervisor

MMP are seeking a Front of House Supervisor in the Hospitality Department in one of the most prestigious colleges in Cambridge. working 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with occasional out-of-hours work. Reporting to the Hospitality Manager/Fellows Butler, the role involves supervising pantry and buttery staff to deliver efficient and high-quality food and beverage services at College events. The annual salary is up to �30,223, with 34 days of annual leave and is on a 6 month contract ending at the end of September. Your responsibilities would include leading and training staff, organizing catering for various events, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, conducting spot checks, participating in recruitment, and maintaining hygiene standards. The role also involves engagement with guests, efficient departmental management, and occasional assistance at other College events.
