Front of House Manager

FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER.
The Angel Inn, Stoke-by-Nayland, our recently refurbished 11-bedroom hotel and recently awarded 3 AA Rosette Restaurant on the Essex/Suffolk border, is now looking for a Front of House Manager.
As Front of House Manager, you will oversee the creation of a positive atmosphere, encouraging customers to come back time and time again, and in turn to recommend The Angel to others. This role requires multitasking, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
You will also have strong organisational skills, be it employee scheduling or customer waiting lists, to ensure the team of employees functions seamlessly together and customers get the best hospitality experience possible.
As Front of House Manager, you will be able to listen to your colleagues and customers alike and respond with empathy, encouraging suggestions from others and using them where applicable. You will be able to demonstrate that you can drive a team forward with confidence, inspiring dedication and loyalty, and empowering them to go the extra mile.
