Front of House Manager - The Yurt at Nicholsons
We are currently recruiting a Front of House Manager to work in our rustic Yurt, which is home to our Michelin Guide listed restaurant. The Yurt is nestled amongst the Nicholsons nursery in the leafy village of North Aston, 30 minutes north of Oxford. As Manager you will be highly professional and motivated by giving our guests the most wonderful hospitality and friendly atmosphere. We are a small team at the Yurt and this is a hands-on practical role. At least four years experience in the industry is required. Experience with wine and events would be an advantage as is barista training.
In return, you will be part of our larger team here at Nicholsons and will be offered training opportunities to build your skills where necessary.
We offer attractive daytime hours: 40 hours per week, approximately 8am until 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday with very occasional evening events. Your own transport is essential due to our remote location.
Salary range £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus company benefits.
