The Front of House Manager will oversee service of breakfast, lunch and tea service for a building with around 200 on site.

• Delivering good food service
• Ensure the location achieves the financial targets agreed with the client and your catering manager in line with the budget.
• Monitor the work of all the staff, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
• Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and that their food service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
