We are delighted to recruit on a behalf of our loveliest client and his Boutique Establishment in
Notting Hill, for a Front of House Manager .
What we would LOVE from you:
Have proven experience in Front Office management within hospitality industry.
At least 2 years management experience
Passionate for delivering impeccable guest service.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
A natural ability for building genuine connections with guests.
Financially confident, ensuring excellence is delivered in line with agreed budgets.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary of £35,000
Working Hours: 5 days per week - flexible rota and alternative evenings/weekends [37.5 hrs pw]

Your role will include:
Directly responsible for all staff - 3- receptionists and 2-night Porters
Leading your team to ensure that all guests are welcomed and looked after.
Building rapport naturally with each guest you meet.
Enhance guest experiences and amenities to offer a bespoke service.
Working alongside all departments, fostering collaboration with Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to create seamless experiences.
Induction and training of new staff within the department.
