First impressions are everything ! As Front Desk Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. If you believe you are the right person for this role then we want to hear from you.
A little bit about what you will be doing:
Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Take initiative to add a personalised experience
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling
Ensure all guest information is correct and entered into Property Manger correctly
To be able to perform a variety of administration tasks including guest correspondence and reporting tasks
To actively promote the Fairmont Brand through adhering to our mission statement and values
Qualifications Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Must be Eligible to work in the UK
