FRENCH SPEAKING TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - ONE YEAR FIXED MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT TO START
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Excellent opportunity for a French speaking Technical Support Specialist to join a leading and very well established and successful international company to support customers with email, calls and live chat.
Location
Hybrid. Office location is South West London area (3 days a week) - remote for non office days.
Monday to Friday.
Languages
Fluency in French is essential

Job responsibilities of the French speaking Technical Support Specialist
Your main responsibility will be to offer first line technical support to French speaking customers and will include the following responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries, primarily via telephone, email and live chat offering first line support
Resolve customer technical issues through research and troubleshooting
Communicate with other colleagues via e-mail, chat, telephone and in person
Provide regular updates to customers
Visit customers from time to time when necessary
The successful candidate background, experiences and skills
Fluent in French is essential plus a good working knowledge of English
Experience in technical support is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work to targets and deadlines
Be highly organised
Salary, benefits & working hours
£27,000 - £29,500 pa depending on experience + bonus paid at end of contract (15% of salary).
