Are you fluent in French and possess strong administrative skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised French Speaking Sales Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and assisting with export-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the French Speaking Sales Administrator :
Communicate effectively with French-speaking customers to resolve queries
Translate documents and correspondence as needed
Process customer orders and deal with any issues
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
Manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Requirements of the French Speaking Sales Administrator:
Fluent in French (written and spoken)
Proven experience in sales administration
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Export knowledge / experience is preferred
