The Company:
Successful international food & beverage service company based in London

Main duties:
The role involves overseeing the customers' daily technical needs, aligning with the company's quality policies.
Support the Technical Account Manager in meeting customer expectations, fostering strong relationships, delivering top-notch service, and improving technical performance.
The Role:
- Responsible for ensuring the level of quality service and KPIs
- Maintain relationships with supplying factories are strengthened
- Customer focussed with the aim of supporting the Quality Team
- Understand customer specific needs and tailor the service appropriately
- Ensure all products and manufacturing sites conform to quality standards policies
- Liaise with factories, European quality team and commercial functions
- Key Quality Contact for PL Customers Technical Management
- Prepare and lead customer quality meetings, technical visits or audits of sites
- Lead the action plan with industrial sites to meet customer policies
- Communicate and influence key stakeholders to achieve the decisions and actions
The Candidate:
- Fluent in French & English (oral & written)
- Additional fluency in Italian - Advantageous
- Degree level of education preferably with a food science/technology background
- Experience in Quality Management role preferably in UK with expertise on PL customers requirements.
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
- Lots of initiative and common sense
- Ability to adapt to a variety of scenarios
- Clean driving licence holder
- Able to travel in the UK & EU as and when required
