FRENCH SELECTIONRECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS International BusinessIndustries & Services Successful international food manufacturer located south London accessible by train Responsibilities French speaking Food Quality ManagerLocation: LondonVisa sponsorship availableSalary: up to £42,000 per annumRef: 784AQMain duties:The role involves overseeing the customers' daily technical needs, aligning with the company's quality policies.Support the technical account manager in meeting customer expectations, fostering strong relationships and improving technical performance.The role:- Responsible for ensuring the level of quality service and KPI’s- Maintain strengthened relationships with supplying factories- Customer focussed with the aim of supporting the quality team- Understand customer specific needs and tailor the service appropriately- Ensure all products and manufacturing sites conform to quality standards policies- Liaise with factories, European quality team and commercial functions- Prepare and lead customer quality meetings, technical visits or audits of sites- Lead the action plan with industrial sites to meet customer policies- Communicate and influence key stakeholders to achieve the decisions and actions Candidate's Profile - Fluent in French or Italian (written and spoken)- Degree level of education preferably with a food science/technology background- Experience in quality management role preferably in UK- Excellent communication and decision making skills- Ability to adapt to a variety of scenarios- Clean driving licence holder- Able to travel in the UK and EU as and when requiredBilingual and Multilingual Job VacanciesSubmit your CV and job search requirements to be considered for current and futuresuitable vacanciesAre you currently recruiting?
