At Bridebook we're looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team. Freelance (20-25 hours/week) · RemoteJoin us on an exciting journey and take up the challenge of becoming Bridebook's Customer Service Agent!This role is dedicated to providing expert customer service support to our French speaking customers from all over the globe! You will focus on inbound tickets in HubSpot and supporting the wider customer success team. This position oversees the management of all CS French customer service activities, reporting to the head of department.About usBridebook is a revolutionary wedding planning platform that seeks to make wedding planning an enjoyable, intuitive, and rewarding experience for couples, guests, and industry partners. After six years and many iterations later, we have 2 in 3 engaged UK couples and 1 in 3 engaged German couples using Bridebook, and have recently expanded into the French market. We have a team of motivated and experienced professionals with ambitious plans to make Bridebook an iconic global brand, making this an exciting time to join our vibrant and innovative company.What you will doRespond to FR Hubspot tickets and monitor views Own ad-hoc translation requests for French, articles, forms, projects etc. Respond to UK Zendesk tickets and monitor views Own submitted-feedback channel & respond to all FR reviewsProvide admin & adhoc support to management including:including claim profileWhat we are looking forCustomer service experience across any industryMarketing studies or experience (desirable)If you don’t meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
