Be part of a team that’s leading the way in energy consultancy and helping businesses make informed decisions about their energy consumption.The opportunityAs our Sales Compliance Team Manager (French-speaking), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales compliance and processes in alignment with supplier criteria.Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. You will develop, implement, and maintain compliance processes and conduct regular monitoring to mitigate any risks to the business.What exactly will you do?Overseeing and managing French sales compliance and processes.Leading the sales compliance team to ensure high performance and adherence to compliance standards.Liaising with sales agents, team managers, and senior stakeholders as required.Providing guidance, support, and regular training to colleagues to enhance their understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies.Ensuring that sales agents and managers are aware of and comply with all relevant policies and procedures through effective communication and training initiatives.Collating and providing regular reports.Conducting risk assessments, investigations, and compliance reviews to identify potential compliance gaps and areas for improvement.Carrying out and completing audits and spot checks.Providing suitable recommendations on findings and developing action plans to address any issues identified.Analysing and managing large datasets.Developing, reviewing, and updating sales compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of compliance-related activities, including policies, procedures, training materials, audit findings, and corrective actions.Ensuring that all compliance documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date in accordance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.Performing any ad hoc duties deemed fit and appropriate in line with the roleThere may be a requirement to travel internationally on occasionWhat we’re looking forFluent French speaking is essential.Relevant experience of working in a compliance-focused role or related field.Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.Experience for working in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft office products.Strong data analytical skills and reporting.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws and industry standards.Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing demands.Ability to deliver feedback constructively and have a good reputation for delivering positive results.Flexibility is essential to meet business requirements.Knowledge of the energy industry is highly beneficialWhat’s in it for you?Industry-leading compensation package: Negotiable salary of up to £30,000Rapidly growing user base: Work directly with some of the UK’s largest, fastest growing, and most innovative companies.Learn from industry-leading experts: We have cultivated some of best talent in the industry, allowing you to supercharge your career progression and learn from the best minds out there.Work-life balance: No late finishes, keep your plans with friends and family.Career growth: We enjoy promoting from within!Unrivalled perks(including but not limited to):Fully paid month off in December (target dependant)Company getaways and retreats abroad.Festival and Event tickets (such as Silverstone, Wimbledon, Tomorrowland, Lost & Found, Champions League and more!)Diversity in our heritage, inclusion in our future.We do our utmost at Northern Gas and Power, part of Global Procurement Group (GPG) to value our People for who they truly are.
