French speaking Reservations Sales Consultant

Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a French speaking Reservations Sales Consultant to join a renowned and prestigious hotel group working from their central London offices on a hybrid 2 days from home and 3 days from the office structure. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis.

Key Purpose

The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls and emails on daily basis for existing and new clientele making reservations across 4 of their hotels in the group and maximising every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making room reservations in French
• Maximise room revenue by cross selling and up selling
• Creating memorable guest experiences
• Proactively dealing with all queries relating to reservations
• Managing email queries
• A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer

Personal Specification

The successful candidate for the French speaking Reservations Sales Consultant position will have the following competences:

• Previous hotel or reservations experience is beneficial
• Strong front office/admin experience within hospitality will be considered
• Experience/willingness to up sale and cross sale
• Fluent in French and English both written and oral to business level
• Self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude
• Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential
• Computer literacy
• A passion to deliver the highest quality service for our clients

Shift patterns:

Working 40 hours

Shifts will vary based on 8.5hrs per day (including 30min break)

Reservations Office hours:

Mon to Fri - 8am - 10pm

Sat & Sun - 9am - 9pm
Shifts include: 8am - 4.30pm, 9.30am - 6pm, 11.30am - 8pm and 1.30pm - 10pm

Will work one weekend every 3-4 weeks.
