An unmissable opportunity has arisen for a customer centric candidate who is fluent in French to join an incredible client of ours that have a strong reputation within the technology sector. The office where this role is based is just on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre and accessible both car and public transport The purpose of the position is to take responsibility of client accounts within Europe and exceed sales revenue targets. This role needs a fluent French speaker as you will be looking after French customers. This is both a proactive and reactive role. Salary = £26,000 per annum basic salary Commission = Expected commission for this role is a massive £10,000 on top of your salary! Benefits = hybrid working (3 days a week in the office), 22 days holiday, Christmas shut down, healthcare cash plan, life assurance, employee discount portal Training = You will have a structured 4week training and induction plan that really sets you up well for this role. This training will be conducted in the office, 5 days a week for the first 4-6 weeks. This is because the French market is booming and the sales lady you are supportive is amazing! Duties include:- Contacting existing and prospective customers to generate and increase revenue - Working to quarterly and annual revenue targets - Follow up leads generated through advertising, exhibitions, and other marketing activity - Support field sales staff and assist with planning and service - Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell - Producing quotes for work and loading orders within same working day timeframes - Produce high value quotes for project work - Keep customers informed of stock levels and delivery expectation - Process requests for specification sheets - Attending sales meetings and training sessions The ideal candidate:- MUST be fluent in English and French speaking and writing.- Will have previous telephone based customer service or sales experience- Be confident with telephone and email correspondence- Ideally from a technical or security background- IT competent- Have the ability to create sales strategy and prioritise workload- Negotiation skills Please note that experience within an office based customer service or internal sales role is desirable.
