French Claims Assessor . We’re looking for self-motivated, customer centric individuals with Claims experience who want to grow their careers in a role that is incredibly rewarding and where every day is different. a 37.5 hour Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm.
The start date for this role is 24th June 2024
. Some of the key responsibilities include:Liaise with customers and corporate clients over the phone and via emailAssess claims under AIG’s Travel Insurance plansAnalyse claims made against the relevant policy wording to determine customerContact claimants to request additional information where required, and settle or decline the claim as appropriateGuide customers through each stage of the claims processWork towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives What we need from you: Some previous claims experience is required. You must be resilient, driven and self-motivated with a willingness to learn, and possess the following skills:Fluent in French and EnglishCustomer service and/or admin experience within an office environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlinesExcellent accuracy and attention to detailGood problem solving and investigative skills What can we offer you?
