Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading, internationally renowned property development and construction group delivering mixed use developments and residential, student, retail, and commercial accommodation projects worldwide.

They are seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a large project in Manchester.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

• Mitigate risk using correct contractual procedures
• Produce accurate monthly valuations on time
• Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly
• Manage workforce and client for the project
• Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis
• Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of the project

Salary: The rate for this role is �350-�400 per day.
