Freelance Quantity Surveyor

My client are a privately owned medium sized developer who are on fast rack growth plan and are continually building relationship with clients and local councils

They are looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor on a part-time, hybrid basis to assist with a live project and and the tender for an upcoming project

The live project is based in Berkshire and it will encompass 250 houses. The project in pre-con is a school valued at �10m. The role will initially only be 1 day a week but will eventually lead to 2-3 days a week. There might be the occasional trip to site but the client will allow fully remote working . They also would prefer the candidate to come from a PQS background and be fully chartered due to some of the contractual elements of the job

The successful candidate needs to have good have good oral and writing skills
