*Must have CSCS Card

* Experience of above ground and ground works required.

* Develop the current cost plan.

* Agree subcontractor work packages.

* Do all variations.

* Weekly cost report.

* Client and subcontractor valuations.

Applicants must have previous Groundworks experience and be able to provide references from previous employers.
