Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a civil engineering / water main contractor for 4 months work in Sheffield / Derby.

This reputable Water / Utilities contractor are growing and in need of a Quantity Surveyor to supplement their strong commercial team. The work is covering multiple water frameworks in North England: Yorkshire Water, Severn Trent Water and United Utilities. This contractor has over £100m of work secured through these framework agreements over the next 2-3 years and are quickly establishing themselves as a go-to delivery partner for water infrastructure in England.

This role is based out of an office in either Derby or Sheffield working on R+M clean warer work so the role will involve a lot of excel admin and spreadsheet work.

On offer is a day rate up to £325 per day outside IR35.
