Our client has engaged us to assist in the hiring of a
Senior Freelance Interior Architect/Designer
for a
4-month contract
to
join their team immediately . The role involves working on the concept development phase of a luxury hotel project situated in a tropical destination.
Renowned for their luxurious and timeless design ethos, this London-based firm seamlessly blends classic elegance with modern elements, creating captivating spaces. Offering a collaborative work environment without egos, where ideas are valued, this role entails significant responsibility in design and coordination.
Ideal for individuals who thrive being in a dynamic studio, this role requires full-time presence, allowing for deep engagement in high-level design contributions. Additionally, it provides an excellent opportunity to enhance one's project portfolio by collaborating with a top-tier studio.
Skills & Experience:
Right to work in the UK
Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture
Must be available immediately to 2 weeks notice period
Track record in high-end hotel, hospitality, or large-scale commercial projects
Strong understanding and experience in the luxury sector
Awareness of current style trends and industry developments in hotel/hospitality
Understanding of construction methods and regulations
Proficiency in interior architecture, joinery, and construction detailing
Strong 3D spatial awareness skills
Advanced AutoCAD proficiency
Proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and freehand sketching
Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining studio standards
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
