Reducing waste with great products that are great for the plant .Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Freelance Fashion Designer. You will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and sustainable menswear and womenswear clothing pieces. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing new designs, collaborating with the team to bring these designs to life, product and range development, creating detailed tech packs, reviewing development samples, conducting fit sessions, giving designer feedback and liaising with our factories.Requirements5+ years experience in the fashion industryExperience designing both menswear and womenswearExperience in fashion design and sustainable textilesExperience creating detailed tech packsExperience liaising with international factoriesAbility to conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustmentsA passion for sustainable fashionCreativity and the ability to think outside the boxExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork skills
