They’ve got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Working closely with our Head of Fraud, you'll ensure we're considering future fraud threats and the latest approaches to fraud detection, prevention, and investigation.You’ll be considering the fraud threat landscape across Revolut’s different products and collaborating with our fraud product teams. We're looking for a results-driven individual who’ll join us to continuously improve all aspects of our fraud risk management ️️Up for the challenge? Let’s get in touch What you’ll be doingSupporting the design and development of innovative yet practical fraud controls by translating regulatory requirements and industry best practise into fraud control design recommendationsAssessing and monitoring the industry fraud threat landscape providing a high-quality feedback loop to inform Revolut’s overall financial crime risk and control frameworkIdentifying future fraud threats proactively and conducting a review of existing fraud processes, systems, and controls to identify potential gaps and solutionsKeeping up to date with relevant regulations, industry guidance, and financial services innovations, particularly from a fraud risk perspectiveEnsuring clarity, transparency, and insight in both BAU and growth/expansion related discussions with regulators, law enforcement, and banking partnersCollaborating, coordinating, and partnering with Revolut’s fraud product and services teams, as well as local legal entitiesWhat you'll needExcellent financial crime experience, ideally gained via working in either a consultancy or financial institution in fraud prevention and detectionExceptional knowledge of industry-wide best practices for fraud controls and interventionsExperience performing fraud assessments, and assessing, designing, and mitigating controls A solid understanding of both traditional and innovative financial services products and their associated financial crime risksAn understanding of both traditional and innovative fraud solutions that can be utilised to solve current and future fraud challengesProficiency in performing research of regulatory requirements, industry guidance, and case studies in relation to new markets, products, or fraud solutionsStrong critical thinking and decision-making skillsTo be highly organised and have a structured working styleExcellent report writing and presentation skillsFluency in English with excellent communication skillsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
