A bit about the role...
Day to day your responsibilities will be to infuse value into the Global Retail & Franchise function... If you possess the expertise and enthusiasm for this position, we eagerly await your application! In addition to this, you will:
Working with our regional and strategy teams to define our new market entry plans
Recruit new franchise partners and manage them through the process of signing agreements
You will need to stand alone to drive the agenda with senior leaders from across the business.
Supporting regional teams with commercial proposals

Experience in Conducting research, managing enquiries and establishing new partner opportunities would be advantages
To have an understanding of managing partners through the franchise process including all legal and supply agreements and where required establish sub-franchising principles and criteria.
Knowledge of industry best practices
Hold a passion for creating strategies strategy with our preferred partners to optimise expansion within our regions.
