Franchise Manager

Vertu Jaguar Leeds are currently looking to recruit a Franchise Manager! We are offering up to £40,000 basic salary OTE up to £60,000 plus company benefits and a company car!You will be leading and managing a controlled sales process through a team of Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Executives. You will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, improve the delivery speed of new vehicles and showcase the range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also have the responsibility of up-keeping the Showroom Standards and external display each quarter.For this role we are looking for you have experience in Sales in the automotive industry. You will be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.You must have strong leadership and experience leading a team and proven ability to deliver on customer satisfaction.
