To find out more visit www.versatile.co.nzThe RoleIdeally located in Christchurch and reporting to the Versatile General Manager, this role is responsible for providing effective commercial leadership, direction and support to the Versatile franchise network, enabling franchise owners to maximise opportunities for the sustainability and profitability of their businesses. This will be achieved by enhancing skills, providing commercial advice, and supporting franchise owners with advertising and promotional activities, all with the aim of building customer loyalty, converting opportunities, and improving business performance.Your Skills and ExperienceIt is likely you will have had past sales or territory management experience selling in a competitive market, with the ability to grow market share and provide sound commercial advice. Ideally you will understand the building sector and will have some past exposure to a Franchise or Distributor network model. You will be a natural relationship builder with great communication skills, who gains satisfaction in helping others to succeed. Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and be confident interpreting financial reports and discussing the numbers. Ideally this role will be located in Head Office Christchurch, however those located in other main centres are welcome to apply.
