Job DescriptionFP&A Systems Transformation Manager 6-12 month Interim position London Based Hybrid working Broadgate Search are currently partnered with an esteemed Asset Management organisation based in Central London who require a FP&A Systems Transformation Manager for a 6-12 month Interim assignment. The candidate will have exposure to senior management in finance so an understanding of financial concepts, the ability to translate them into Hyperion application design, and strong communication skills are requiredPossess 5+ years of experience in deploying financial planning and reporting applications leveraging the Oracle Hyperion EPM suite.Extensive proficiency in managing Hyperion Planning implementations, encompassing comprehension of functional requirements, application design, artifact development, performance enhancement, quality assurance, and deployment.Demonstrated capability in implementing and upholding adherence to system architecture standards, methodologies, and policies.Display adept leadership qualities in crafting application artifacts such as data integration objects, outlines, calculation scripts, business rules, rules files, partitions, MAXL, Batch, and other scripting languages.Skilled in troubleshooting and engaging with Oracle support and business users to promptly resolve a range of Production issues, including outages, performance concerns, and end-user queries.Proficient in overseeing the development of UX objects like Planning forms, task lists, Financial Reporting, Smart View ad hoc reports, and security strategies.Demonstrates the ability to work independently when necessary while also exhibiting strong teamwork and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.Preferred Experiance Experience in defining systems, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.Experience with Oracle ePBCS, EDMCS, FDMEE, Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase in development role.Deep functional and technical knowledge around financial systems and processes.Financial Services Experiance desirable
