Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a FP&A Senior Commercial Analyst for a business based in Sunderland. This is initally for an 18 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities of the FP&A Senior Commercial Analyst include:

• Support to Group Head of FP&A and Deputy CFO to review and update existing commercial process and governance to be appropriate for a new
• Build strong relationships, and maintain close collaboration, with divisional FC's, FD's and Heads of Finance providing support where required
• Assist in tender appraisals and business cases
• Ensure consistent adoption from local and divisional finance teams of group modelling templates and provide support where required
• Prepare presentations and reporting to accumulate complex messages to support informed commercial and strategic decisions capable of being presented to the management board and shareholder
• Collate group financial information capable of satisfying forward looking covenants and monitoring to ensure compliance as part of any financial planning processes

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a fully qualified accountant
• 3 years post qual experience
• Advanced excel proficiency with a background in analytics / modelling
• Knowledge of IFRS & statutory reporting processes
