FP&A Manager

Venture Recruitment Partners are supporting a PE-backed business based on the outskirts of Bournemouth, who are seeking to recruit an FP&A Manager on an initial 3-6 month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities to include:

Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business
Provide decision support and business partnering with certain head office functional departments
Tracking and forecasting strategic initiative projects
Provide performance management reporting monthly as required to inform the strategic decision-making requirements of senior management
Prepare the forecast/budget consolidation ensuring all overlays are considered, and treated in accordance with the appropriate group accounting treatment
Prepare short and medium term cashflow forecasting model, involving close liaison with both central and divisional finance functions
Support the Senior Financial Planning Manager in the preparation of the medium-term business plan and the annual going concern assessment
Key Skills/Experience to include:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
FP&A/Finance Business Partnering/Commercial Finance background
Advanced Excel skills
Available to start at no later than 1-2 weeks notice
Salary - £60-65,000 p/a
Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week in the office
