Akin to our agency promise, the Finance organization is client-centric, with internal clients across S4, HR, Client, Legal, Operations, iO and newly acquired labels integrating into our network.About the RoleThe FP&A Controller Net Revenue role is based in London and reports to the Senior FP&A Controller - Net Revenue. This new role is ideal for those with keen data handling and analytical skills. The FP&A Controller will support the Senior FP&A Controller to build and consolidate global net revenue forecasts and results. This includes annual budget and 3-year planning, as well as quarterly forecast revisions, monthly actual reporting, ESG reporting, and any ad hoc requests pre and post submission. The role will deal heavily with data, i.e. finding it, making sense of it, and presenting it across various channels and sources. Building and improving models is a priority, as is deploying that power to understand the drivers of business. Working with stakeholders, and various levels of leadership, this position is the perfect way to sharpen people, listening, and presentation competencies.About youYour primary strength is connecting and consolidating data and you are keen to scale that work within a large organisation. You are client-minded, meaning you listen and translate what you hear into useful and understandable reports for your stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain financial models to support business planning and reporting processes.Consolidate data to support the delivery of month end reporting, annual budgeting, long-term planning, ad hoc reporting and quarterly outlook processes.Provide comprehensive analytical support, including, but not limited to, financial forecasting, modeling and analysis, ESG and variance reporting.Maintain and execute planning communications and calendars for global stakeholders, ensuring timely adherence to submission deadlines.Support audit periods, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial data and documentation.Contribute to a diverse set of operational improvement projects, including deliverables such as processes analysis, solution design, implementation plans, and training/communication.Assist in preparing materials for the leadership team, including board decks and other leadership updates.QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of analytical work experience in finance, accounting, and/or any related field required.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Experience in FP&A Controller role. Creative or production services industry is a plus.Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.Knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics.High aptitude for problem solving and financial modelling.Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet (Google Sheets) skills.Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and trend identification.Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across a wide array of stakeholders.Fluency, clarity, and good diction in EnglishStrong ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with key stakeholders.Comfort working with potentially ambiguous problems and working on projects that are consistently new and challenging.Detail-oriented and organised, with focus on accuracy and completeness; thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks.Experience with or willingness to master financial and reporting systems; prior experience with NetSuite, SFDC, Lucanet, Exact and visual analytics tools (e.g. Looker) a plus.#LI-BK1 #LI-HybridAbout Media.Monks:Media.Monks is the purely digital operating brand of S4Capital plc that connects 8,600+ digital natives across one global team.
