FP&A Analyst

This FP&A Analyst role is an opportunity to contribute to a health care accounting and finance team based in London. The successful candidate will play a vital part in budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes, while working closely with cross-functional teams.Client DetailsOur client is a leading health care provider with a strong reputation for providing outstanding care and treatment; with all their proceeds being reinvested into the company they operate as a charity. Located in the heart of London, this company is a key player in the UK's health care industry.DescriptionAssist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends.Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance; working closely with the key budget holders. Maintain financial models and perform ad hoc financial forecasting.Provide support to the finance team and participate in special projects.Prepare financial reports for senior management.Participate in the month-end closing process.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.ProfileACA, ACCA,CIMA qualifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.Financial modelling knowledge.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of accounting standards and financial compliance.Experience in health care industry/ charity sector is a plus.Job OfferA competitive salary range of £50,000 - £58,000 per annum.Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.Continued professional development opportunities.The chance to make a real impact in the health care industry.33 days annual leave and up to 20% pension contribution.
