Job DescriptionDevelop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends to make informed predictions about future outcomes.Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.Advise management on the financial implications of business activities.Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.Improve financial status by analysing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimisation. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Analyst should have:A strong educational background in finance or accounting.Proficiency in financial modelling techniques and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong analytical and data gathering skills.Good business acumen.A thorough understanding of and experience with financial reporting.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
