Job Description The FP&A Analyst reports directly into the FP&A Manager. Duties of the FP&A Analyst includes but is not limited to:Financial and Operational Analysis of all areas of the businessOperational reporting Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide strategic directionBudgeting and forecastingFinancial reporting
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will:Be a part qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)Proven financial analysis skillsExperience proactively driving changeExperience creating and working with financial modelsStrong communication and business partnering skillsAdvanced ExcelExperience in housing is desirable but not essential What's on Offer The successful candidate can expect a starting salary £40-45,000 (doe) + 3 days home working + 25 days annual leave (buy and sell up to 5 days) + 5% pension contribution + other voluntary discounts
