Founder's Associate

Bifrost Studios is a startup studio investment firm, currently managing a portfolio of five innovative startup studios:
Gray Matter (Barcelona) - Specializes in building AI-driven companies within the B2B SaaS domain.
Morph Lifestyle (Copenhagen) - Focuses on creating fashion and lifestyle enterprises.
Elysium Studios (London) - Develops SaaS solutions for underserved industries.
Bifrost (Lucerne) - Targets high upside opportunities that require limited capital investment.
Stealth (Nairobi) - Dedicated to developing vertical SaaS solutions for the informal economy.
We are actively seeking a Founder's Associate for each of our studios. This role involves working closely with the CEO to spearhead strategy and execution. It offers a significant opportunity for impact, setting you on a path to potentially become the Chief of Staff, and later, the CEO of one of the portfolio companies. Remote and hybrid work is possible.
Tasks
You will have two main responsibilities as a Founder's Associate in one of our studios.
You will be the execution engine of our Founder, ensuring that the studio has momentum every week.
You will free up time for the Founder by carving out responsibilities and building structure.
The role is also adaptable to your skill set and interests, e.g., in growth, marketing, sales, or finance.
You will increase your responsibilities on a weekly basis, so you're prepared to eventually step into a leadership position of a portfolio company.
Requirements
1-2 years of proffesional experience, e.g. in the form of student jobs, internships or early career jobs
Generalist experience in business, marketing, growth, finance, or engineering
Strong passion for startups and building companies
High or insanely high hunger
