Fostering Social Worker (Kinship) - £49,503

+ 32 days annual leave + bank holidays (40 days in total)

NonStop Care is looking for a Fostering Social Worker who can join one of the South London Boroughs on a permanent basis. They have Good Ofsted rating and they are looking for someone to join their Kinship Team.

They offer a very good salary, that can get up to £49,503 per annum, so you will be well rewarded for your work. On top of that, you will have a very good annual leave, 32 days + 8 bank holidays, allowing you to have a good work - life balance.

Responsibilities:

The Kinship Social Worker will complete assessments of kinship carers to determine their suitability and ability to care for a child. You will also develop and implement support plans for the kinship carers and you will also provide them with ongoing support and guidance.

The Kinship Social Worker will have access to plenty of support and training, including Systemic Training, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Practice and various other reflective spaces to promote best practice. This will allow you to develop your skills and also to progress your career with them.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in Kinship, SGOs or Fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree also.
