Forklift Operator

Connect Appointments has an exciting opportunity for a FLT Operator to join and strengthen our client's existing team in Redditch.

Our client designs, manufactures, and assembles precision forged and machined components at their fully integrated facility in the heart of the UK.

Working as a Forklift Operator your duties and responsibilities will include:

• A key focus on Health and Safety in the workplace
• Carrying out manual procedures
• Loading and off-loading of various goods
• Load securing
• Paperwork verification's
• Stock control
• Manual lifting
• Communication with managers, supervisors, and stock control team
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping

To be successful in this position you will have a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence, with previous experience operating a forklift truck within a busy site. Combined with Chemical handling/awareness, COSHH, PPE awareness - beneficial but not essential

• Monday to Friday
• 6am to 2pm
• �11.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
