Working Foreman
to deliver build & refurbishment projects across the wider York area .
The Role
A highly skilled
Working Foreman , you will be leading and assisting the site team in the constructing and delivering
new build
and
refurbishment
projects, valuing up to
£1m
across
heritage,
education, commercial, residential
and
healthcare
sectors.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following;
Experience working as a
Working Foreman on small works projects (£50k to £1m)
Previous / current hands-on trade background
(Bricklaying / Carpentry / Joinery)
SMSTS
First Aid (3 Day Course)
