So, even if you feel that you’re close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply. OverviewWe are looking for a CILA qualified Loss Adjuster to join our National UK Loss Control team. Responsibilities include processing GBA claims, providing professional claim services, and maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.You'll provide professional claim preparation services and support functions, drawing on extensive experience in commercial property, business interruption, and material damage claims. Responsibilities include delivering additional loss control services such as BI analysis, supporting sales efforts, identifying GBA and ATE opportunities, providing technical assistance to claims handlers, aiding Account Executives with claims reviews, and offering support to other AJG business areas as needed. How you'll make an impact Process GBA claims from start to finish, including recovery, and maintain records in our central index. Meet with clients, adjusters, and insurers to assist in settlement negotiations and address queries. Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on claim progress and address any issues. Utilize a diary system to ensure timely follow-up with involved parties. Foster relationships with clients and colleagues to enhance satisfaction. Provide technical advice to clients and manage expectations regarding the claim process. Ensure compliance with GBA claims policies and procedures. Keep Account Executives informed of claim developments, especially on significant cases. Identify and address any potential claims complaints. Stay informed about industry and legal changes. Advise Account Executives on fees for ATE claims and additional services. Promote GBA sales regionally and nationally, providing support to other regions as needed. Provide monthly reporting data to management and contribute to business development. Adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements, including FCA regulations. About youPrevious Loss Adjusting experience essential Associate of Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters qualification (ACILA) essential.Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent preferredInsurance law and claims, policies, practices and procedures.
