Our clients are looking for Working Foreman in Dorset .

The role is starting on 7th of May and is a job for a professional, confident, and motivated individual.

Duties:

-             Banksman for walking materials in and out of the hospital – walk with them 3rd man

-             Signing in all operatives (including liaison with the subcontractor personnel)

-             Submitting daily site diaries (we will induct onto the application for submission)

-             Carrying out inductions where required

-             Carrying out morning daily site briefings

-             Liaising with the trust representatives to ensure location ready for window replacement

-             Laying protection where required and removing said protection once area completed

-             Fitting signage where required

-             Making good to consist of: Minor filling (patch plastering possibly), Painting, Silicone

-             Monitoring progress and reporting to Project Manager

-             Working with subcontractors to keep programme

-             Advising project manager of any adjustments/changes

-             Being site contact for trust

Requirements:

• SSSTS as a minimum (SMSTS preferred)


• First Aid


• Asbestos Awareness


• Working at Height


• Preferred experience working within a live hospital environment
