Foreman painter

We're looking for Foreman Handyman Painter.

Location: Okehampton EX20

• Experience working on construction sites

• Must have experience of painting, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, and other general maintenance and repair tasks.

• Experience in supervising showing trades and helping with snagging lists, managing a site team on a day-to-day basis, supervising, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.

• Must be able to work safely and efficiently, follow safety procedures, and work well as a team or independently.

• To ensure work is always carried out to a high standard and all deadlines are met

• The ability to meet deadlines, be organised and work individually or as part of a team

• We need someone who can start ASAP.

Our client is a highly skilled professional building contractor, delivering quality projects for clients. Including refurb, office fit out and shop fit outs.
