Sports Fun 4 All is a SOUTH London-based organization that supports 3–19-year-olds through sports-based activities. Our mission is to provide recreational and leisure time activities that improve young people's conditions, develop their capabilities, and help them grow as individuals and members of society. Founded in 2016 by Kieran Connolly, Sports Fun 4 All was created to address the lack of football coaching opportunities for young people outside of organized football teams. We began with two football projects and have since expanded to offer additional sessions.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site based in SOUTH London for a Football Coach/Youth Worker at Sports Fun 4 All. As a Football Coach/Youth Worker, your day-to-day tasks will include coaching football, implementing training sessions, facilitating communication with young people, and providing guidance and support. This role involves working directly with youth participants and contributing to their personal development through sports-based activities.
Qualifications
Football Coaching and Coaching skills
Experience in working with young people
Strong football knowledge and skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Training and instructional skills
Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment
Passion for youth development
Qualifications in coaching or related field are beneficial
