GH Engage is recruiting a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to carry out electrical or mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across a successful commercial contract based in Central London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Ideally, you will have a City & Guilds qualification level 2/3 Electrical or Mechanical.

Duties & Responsibilities
PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
Electrical Fault-Finding
Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes
Emergency light testing
Updating Logbooks
Power distribution
Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits, PAT testing
Small plumbing jobs
General building maintenance
Qualifications & Experience
City & Guilds Mechanical / Electrical Level 2/3 or equivalent
Experience working within a client-facing environment
Building services experience
