We are excited to be recruiting for a Supervisor to work at Cleveland Clinic London.Location: Cleveland Clinic LondonRate of pay: £26,000 per annumWorking pattern: 5 days over 7 ( some weekends included ) Key Responsibilities • Supervise and lead a team of Food Service Assistant.• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.• Foster a positive and supportive work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.• Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.• Serve as a point of contact for complex or sensitive customer issues.• Ensure that all customer interactions are conducted with empathy, courtesy, and efficiency.• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.What's in it for you?Working with Vacherin has its perks!
