We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Food Service Assistants to join our team in our Cafes at Royal Academy of Arts. *Please note this is a full time role, we are looking for full time staff only* You will be working amongst inspiring and breath taking masterpieces, welcoming our guests and serving them in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environmentWe are looking for:Friendly yet professionalA good team playerPride taken in your appearance and all you doPunctuality is keyCare about customer serviceWe will provide training, including Barista trainingThe site is open Tuesdays – Sundays.There will be opportunities to work at other sites and events within our team too if you wish to expand your experience and knowledge. Main Responsibilities: Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guestsCare about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experienceServing guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environmentHelp answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items The Ideal Candidate: Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar settingMust be available to work full time throughout the yearBeing friendly yet professionalBeing a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticismGood attention to detail and punctuality
