As a Food Safety and Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and advancing the standards that define the brand. This role entails overseeing all aspects of food safety, health and safety, and quality in our expanding network of restaurants.Key AccountabilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, identifying areas for improvementCollaborate with and provide guidance and support to restaurant teams to streamline procedures without compromising safetyMaintain accountabilities for all aspects of restaurant operations related to HACCP, hygiene, food safety, health and safety, and pest controlConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards along with implementing corrective actions based on audit findings, fostering a culture of continuous improvementManage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and advisory servicesDevelop and refine auditing systems to uphold rigorous standardsDevelop and manage a tailored food safety and management system for each restaurant and tailor systems to meet specific needs whilst adhering to industry best practicesIntroduce efficient and safe practices through detailed risk assessments and staff trainingDevelop training modules that empower staff to maintain high standardsEstablish a robust quality assessment programme for ongoing evaluationGenerate detailed quality reports for restaurants and support teams whilst offering insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-makingPerson ProfileFood Safety Degree or equivalent qualificationExtensive background in the food industry, preferably manufacturing or retailProficient understanding of Quality Management Systems, HACCP and QMS systemsLead Auditor trainedStrong communicator with effective problem-solving and administration skillsDemonstrated ability in technical report writingProven capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAdvanced computer skills, including proficiency in database and Excel analysis, as well as system designWillingness to travel to various locations across the countryThe successful candidate will be a forward thinker and skilled communicator who is able to collaborate cross functionally with other teams and take initiatives to drive and implement strategies that will enhance food safety efficiencies in the restaurants.Apply for Food Safety, H&S and Quality ManagerFields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
