Key Experience:
Background in Food Retail preferred, but open to candidates from various retail sectors.Ability to engage and connect with target customers.Creative and entrepreneurial approach to food retailing.Skills in identifying sales & profit opportunities.Attention to detail in product placement, standards, and presentation.Competency in managing and developing a team.Proficiency in using Excel for performance improvement and Epos systems.Talent for sourcing new local suppliers to enhance product range.
