The Recruitment Co are looking for Food Production Operatives in Whitefield, Bury.These roles are temporary to permanent so candidates will get a permanent position subject to passing their temporary probation period.We are looking for candidates who have strong production / manufacturing experience. It would be beneficial if you have experience within the food production sector however this is not essential.The 2 departments that we are recruiting for are:Pizza - rotating days and nights 6am-6pm/6pm-6am working Sunday to WednesdayProcess - rotating days and nights 6am-6pm/6pm-6am working any 4 days between Sunday and ThursdayCandidates must be able to work day and night shifts on a weekly rotational basis.The hourly rate is £12.47 per hour (£29,828.24 per annum) For the process role, employees will be promoted to a Skilled Operative role once they pass their probationary period. Consequently, the hourly rate will then increase to £12.74 per hour (£30,474.08 per annum)This is what you'll actually do:
