We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us achieve this vision.Role in our Family Key responsibilities to your role: Oversee F&B, working operational shifts when requiredTo monitor shift procedures, ensuring checklists are completed in the correct mannerTo complete Daily/Weekly Health & Safety Checklists and actionTo ensure that all monies are kept in a safe and secure area adopting the hotels cash handling proceduresTo be proactive in generating sales and referring sales leads as well as upselling products and services where possible (for example, breakfast / dinner)To operate the bar and restaurant to the agreed hotel standards include brand standardsEnsuring the set up of the restaurant and bar for mealtimesTo maintain the reception, food and beverage outlets, public areas, stores, back office and staff areas in a clean and tidy condition.What Happens NextDoes this Role suit your skillset?
