YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
To ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality are demonstrated at all times by:
Complete all relevant procedures in relation to the respective department as laid down by the company.
Promote the desired work culture around our company values.
Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity and profit
Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
Deliver daily briefings and attends other food and beverage meetings as scheduled
Complete training sessions in line with a departmental monthly training calendar
Carrying out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their role
Complying with hotel rules, regulations and provisions contained in the Employee Handbook
Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Customer service experience
1 yearprevious experience within a similar role within a hotel environment
Ability to supervise and direct a team
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated
Ability to plan and prioritise
Attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable approach
Able to work unsupervised
Customer Focus
Literate in computer technology
Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries
